About Roey Moran

Roey has worked with provider organizations of all shapes and sizes, ranging from large healthcare systems to physician groups and community hospitals. His extensive background in technology, coupled with his diverse experience across healthcare operations, gives him the vision and skills needed to assist providers in the creation of integrated care and value-based IT models. Before joining ECG, Roey was a Manager with KPMG’s Healthcare Advisory Division, where he focused on healthcare IT and the design of target operating models, as well as compliance and process optimization. Most recently, he led providers participating in New York State’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment initiative through the process of forming a value-based integrated delivery system, achieving a technological blueprint for enabling integrated care.
